Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA I/II, age 3-11 years, weight 13-50 kg.
- Endoscopic T\&A or adenoidectomy.
Exclusion
- Recent upper respiratory infection.
- Difficult airway, organ dysfunction, developmental/psychiatric disorders.
- Drug allergies.
