Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age above 14 years old.
  • Irreducible, incarcerated \& obstructed inguinal or inguinoscrotal hernia; unilateral or bilateral

Exclusion

  • Recurrent Hernias.
  • Intra-operative finding of separated thin and/or weak external oblique aponeurosis.
