Inclusion
- Provide signed and dated informed consent
- Adults older than 18 years of age
- Previously diagnosed with COPD
- Speak and understand the Dutch language
- Need for hospitalization
Exclusion
- Previous diagnosis of asthma
- Not in the possession of a smartphone
