Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \- Class III mandibular fracture
- medically stable patient
- aged above 21 years
- no medical condition affect the bone healing
Exclusion
- • absence of other facial trauma, mandibular condylar fracture
- patient refuse the follow up
