Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult patients with midshaft clavicle fractures scheduled for surgery.
- ASA I-III.
- Signed informed consent.
Exclusion
- Allergy to local anesthetics.
- Coagulopathy or active anticoagulant therapy.
- Infection at the puncture site.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding patients.
- Pre-existing neuromuscular disorders.
