Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adult (18-64 yrs),
  • Geriatric (65+ yrs)
  • BMI \> 35 kg/m2
  • elective surgery requiring intubation

Exclusion

  • pregnant woman
  • neonates
  • children
  • incarcerated patient
  • patient refusal
