- Received the Mosaic Mitral Valve Bioprosthetic at ProMedica Toledo Hospital
- Under the age of 65
Exclusion
- Over the age of 65
- Under the age of 18
- Surgery performed at institutions outside of ProMedica Toledo Hospital
