Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Volunteering to participate in the study,
- Understanding and using Turkish effectively,
- Not being on leave during the study.
Exclusion
- Nurses who answered the data collection forms incompletely,
- Nurses who did not want to continue the study,
- Nurses who did not participate in even one of the compassionate care education programs of the study.
