Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Sex: both sexes.
  • Age: above 18 years
  • Lesion: subacute or chronic scapholunate ligament injury
  • partial and complete SLIL tears

Exclusion

  • Acute scapholunate ligament injury
  • irreducible carpal malalignment
  • posttraumatic arthritis
  • associated fractures that could affect the functional outcome
