Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age \> 18 years old.
- Both sexes.
- Patients with muscle spasticity.
Exclusion
- \- Patients with contraindications to botulinum toxin injection as allergy, myasthenia gravis, and cerebral palsy.
