Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients were planned to elective thoracotomy
- Patients classified as ASA II-III,
- No history of previous thoracotomy,
- No chronic pain or analgesic dependence,
- Adequate preoperative cooperation.
Exclusion
- Known drug allergies
- Chronic analgesic use
- Preexisting neuropathic conditions.
