Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Aged 65-75.
- Reside in Mataró.
- Able to walk independently, with or without technical assistance.
Exclusion
- Unable to walk independently.
- Terminal illness or severe cognitive decline.
- Incompetence in Catalan or Spanish.
- Lack of phone access.
