Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Black women (self-report)
  • Adult ages 30-79 years
  • Stage 2 or greater Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Syndrome
  • English speaking
  • Lives in Metropolitan Birmingham, AL area.

Exclusion

  • \- Healthcare provider-imposed physical activity limitations.
