Inclusion
- Age ≥18 years
- Clinical diagnosis of COPD
- Medically cleared for physical exercise
Exclusion
- Decompensated heart failure or exercise-limiting comorbidities
- Cognitive impairment or legal incapacity to consent
- Inability to perform physical tasks
