Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients suffering from posterior mandibular fracture
Exclusion
- Patients with an untreated old Mandibular fracture.
- Patient with hematological diseases (thrombocytopenia, hemorrhagic disease, and diabetes).
- Comminuted fracture with bone loss.
- There is an infection at the fracture line.
