Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Aged 60 years or older
- Clinical diagnosis of hyperkyphosis
- Ability to walk without assistive devices
Exclusion
- Cognitive impairment
- Inability to complete the proposed assessments
- Non-compliance with orthosis use during the intervention period
