Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Taking DOACs (rivaroxaban, apixaban, edoxaban, or dabigatran)
- Listed for dental extraction at EDH
- Willing and able to provide consent
Exclusion
- Using concomitant antithrombotic drugs
- Known allergy to tranexamic acid
- Pregnant or breastfeeding females
- Recent involvement in other research studies
