Inclusion
- • At least 6 months of job experience in any bank
Exclusion
- Diagnosed case of myocardial infarction, stroke, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, or peripheral arterial diseases
- Pregnant women
- Individuals with acute illnesses that limit physical activity
