Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Admitted to ICU
- Estimated need for sedation \> 24 hours
Exclusion
- Patients admitted for palliative care
- Patients admitted with restrictions in care (no ventilator treatment)
- Contraindication for daily interruption of sedation
