What this Trial Is About
Researchers are evaluating the outcomes and risk factors of different treatment strategies for patients with neuro-co-cardiological diseases and cerebrovascular diseases that occur after cardiac surgery. This observational cohort study aims to understand how various treatments affect clinical outcomes and to identify factors that may lead to adverse effects from these treatments. Participants may receive interventional or surgical treatments either simultaneously or in stages, depending on their specific condition. The study observes these treatment approaches without assigning specific interventions, focusing on real-world clinical practice. Throughout the study, participants will be monitored and assessed using the Modified Rankin Scale Score approximately 90 days after treatment to evaluate their neurological function and recovery. Researchers aim to gather detailed information on the effectiveness and safety of the treatment strategies over this period.
