Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adult women with symptomatic anterior vaginal wall prolapse (POP-Q stage ≥ 2)
  • Eligible for native tissue repair
  • Provided written informed consent

Exclusion

  • Previous anterior vaginal wall prolapse repair
  • Predominant apical or posterior compartment defect
