Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adults ages in between 18-60 year old
- All emergency laparotomies (Except trauma)
Exclusion
- Previous surgery with midline incision
- Pregnancy
- Current immunosuppressive or chemotherapy
- Previous incisional hernia after midline incision
