Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • BMI ranged from 28 to 29 kg/ cm2.
  • clinically diagnosed by an orthopedic consultant as having a history of mechanical low back pain for at least three months.

Exclusion

  • Previous trauma.
  • Previous surgery.
  • Any musculoskeletal disorder
  • Any neurological disorder (disc prolapse, or spondylosis)
