Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Individuals over 19 years of age
- Individuals who are literate
- Individuals diagnosed with obesity
Exclusion
- Individuals who have had an acute infection or inflammatory disease within the past month
- Individuals with chronic infectious or inflammatory diseases
- Individuals with cancer
