Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adults (≥18 years) receiving PSV with the ventilator's sigh function active.
Exclusion
- Clinical contraindication to increasing PEEP
- Hemodynamic instability defined as SOFA cardiovascular score ≥3
