Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- OHCA patients with VT/VF at first rhythm analysis and at least one defibrillation performed in standard (A-L) position
Exclusion
- Age \< 18 years
- Obvious pregnancy
- Known preexisting Do Not Attempt Resuscitation order
