Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • At least 50 years of age
  • A resident of Selected sites
  • A MOCA score of less than 24
  • Self-identifying as an African American woman
  • English speaking

Exclusion

  • Pre-menopausal
  • Cognitive impairment
