Inclusion

  • Healthy individuals over 18 years of age
  • No neck pain

Exclusion

  • Neck or spinal symptoms
  • History of cervical/spinal trauma or surgery
  • Chronic conditions affecting mobility
  • Visual or vestibular impairments
