Inclusion

  • Inclusion:
  • Male, aged 60-80 years
  • Healthy, without severe comorbidities
  • Voluntary participation with informed consent
  • Exclusion:
  • Known respiratory or cardiovascular disease
  • Neurological or musculoskeletal disorders limiting participation
  • Recent abdominal or thoracic surgery
  • Inability to comply with training protocol
