Eligibility Criteria

- Inclusion:
- Male elite air-rifle shooters
- ≥3 years experience, ≥4h training/week
- Right-handed
- Exclusion:
- Non-professional athletes
- Chronic diseases
- \<3 years training experience or irregular training
