Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age \> 18 years
- Subacute ischemic stroke patients (\< 15 days after onset)
- Middle cerebral artery or anterior cerebral artery territory stroke
- Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) = 0-4
Exclusion
- \* MRI contraindications
