Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age \> 18 years
  • Subacute ischemic stroke patients (\< 15 days after onset)
  • Middle cerebral artery or anterior cerebral artery territory stroke
  • Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) = 0-4

Exclusion

  • \* MRI contraindications
