Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Volunteers aged between 18-50 years
- Craniovertebral angle less than 54°
- Ability to participate in exercise sessions twice a week for 6 weeks
- Willingness to provide informed consent
Exclusion
- History of musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiovascular disorders
- Previous surgery affecting posture or spine
- Current participation in another structured exercise program
- Pregnancy
