Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Agreeing to participate in the study
- Being over 65 years of age
- Scoring 24 or higher out of 30 on the Mini Mental State Examination
- Being literate
Exclusion
- Having a musculoskeletal condition that would prevent the person from performing the tests and exercises.
- Having a vision or hearing impairment that would prevent participation in the study.
- Having a diagnosis of a neurological, psychiatric, or other condition that would prevent participation in the study.
- Having undergone any surgical procedure within the last six months.
