Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
- patients scheduled for surgery requiring general anesthesia with neuromuscular blocking agents
Exclusion Criteria:
- anticipated or known difficult airway
- increased risk for aspiration
- pregnancy
- neuromuscular disorders
