Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 to 65 years old
- Body mass index (BMI) between 28 and 55 kg/m²
- Willingness to follow lifelong dietary restrictions required by the procedure
- Ability to provide informed consent
- Women able to have children must agree to use effective birth control
- Plan to receive combined gastric mucosal ablation with endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty at True You Weight Loss
You will not qualify if you...
- Do not meet eligibility requirements per the Principal Investigator's criteria
- Active psychological issues preventing participation in lifestyle modification, as assessed by a psychologist
- Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
- Taking weight-loss medications or therapies in the past 6 months
- Diagnosed eating disorders such as night eating syndrome, bulimia, binge eating, or compulsive overeating
- Excluded at the Principal Investigator's discretion for safety reasons
