Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Diagnosis of preeclampsia with severe features
  • Female aged between 20 and 40 years
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Patient refusal to participate
  • Preexisting kidney impairment (baseline serum creatinine > 1.3 mg/dl)
  • Inability to obtain adequate Doppler ultrasound views
  • History of kidney transplantation
  • Previous need for renal replacement therapy
  • Known peripheral vascular disease
