Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Men 18 years old or older under the care of an Active Surveillance clinic
- Known diagnosis of prostate cancer deemed suitable for Active Surveillance by a multi-disciplinary team
- Men at genetically higher prostate cancer risk defined by family history, ancestry, pathogenic gene mutations, or high genetic risk variants
- Men without known high risk genetic factors diagnosed with low-grade prostate cancer and suitable for Active Surveillance
- Performance status between 0 and 2
- No psychological, familial, sociological, or geographical issues that could affect study compliance or follow-up
You will not qualify if you...
- No prostate cancer diagnosis
- Prostate cancer not suitable for Active Surveillance as determined by a multi-disciplinary team
- Significant psychological conditions that may worsen or be exacerbated by participation in the study
