Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 or older
- Having MSK sepsis order-set placed within the previous 48 hours
You will not qualify if you...
- Study Principal Investigator will exclude patients not confirmed to have sepsis after further medical record review
- Admitted to ICU before being approached for consent
- Having an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker or implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD)
- Unable to obtain informed consent due to mental status and absence of authorized individual to consent
- Currently enrolled in an interventional clinical trial without approval from that study's Principal Investigator
