Acuvue Oaysis Contact Lens Wearers Being Refit Into P7 Contact Lenses
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults aged 18 to 40 years
- Current Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism contact lens wearers with at least 3 months of wear in the past year
- Best-corrected visual acuity of 20/20 or better
- CLDEQ-8 score less than 12 while wearing Acuvue Oasys lenses
- Satisfaction with current Acuvue Oasys lenses
- Ability to wear P7A contact lenses with astigmatism of 0.75 diopters or greater in both eyes
- Astigmatism between 0.75 and 2.50 diopters in each eye
- Willingness to wear study lenses for at least 13 hours daily with no overnight wear
- Willingness to wear lenses every day during the study week except during any washout period
- Availability of a glasses prescription less than 3 years old
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of presbyopia or need for a reading addition
- Previous use of P7A contact lenses
- Past use of rigid contact lenses
- History of dry eye or ocular allergies
- Known systemic conditions affecting tear film
- History of viral eye disease
- History of eye surgery
- History of severe eye trauma
- History of corneal dystrophy or degeneration
- Active eye infection or inflammation
- Current use of isotretinoin derivatives or ocular medications
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
