Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Refractory thin endometrium (endometrial thickness less than 6 mm on ovulation day or endometrial transformation during hormone replacement) and/or moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion
- Unable to undergo autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation or no significant effect after bone marrow stem cell treatment
- Desire to have children
- Normal ovarian function or have cryopreserved embryos
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18 kg/m² and 30 kg/m²
You will not qualify if you...
- Chromosomal abnormalities in one spouse
- Severe endometriosis, uterine fibroids affecting uterine cavity shape, or uterine malformations
- Abnormal coagulation, liver or kidney function, or other serious conditions like uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune diseases
- Contraindications to pregnancy
- Contraindications to hormonal cycle therapy
- History of pelvic tumors
- Participation in other clinical trials at the same time
