What this Trial Is About
The goal of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic value of different ADC values (incuding ADCmin, ADCmean, ADCratio and ADCrange) of bpMRI in patients with PI-RADS 3-5. The main aim is to evaluate whether different ADC values improve the diagnosis of clinically significant prostate cancer (Gleasonscore≥3+4, ISUP grade ≥2) and any-grade prostate cancer (Gleasonscore≥3+3, ISUP grade ≥1).

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patient meets at least one indication for prostate biopsy according to the Chinese expert consensus on prostate biopsy (2022 edition)
- Serum PSA test completed with total PSA less than 100 ng/ml
- Primary prostate tumor lesion present with no history of other tumors
- Completed 3.0T biparametric MRI with PI-RADS score of 3 or higher; images are clear and readable
- Patients fully understand study details and voluntarily sign informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Contraindications for MRI present
- PI-RADS score of 1 or 2 on biparametric MRI
- Contraindications to prostate biopsy or explicit refusal of biopsy
- Biparametric MRI shows multiple lymph nodes or bone metastases
- Previous prostate-related surgery
- Patient refuses to sign informed consent
