Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Aged 18-75 years
- Pathologically confirmed pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma
- Pathologically confirmed lymph node metastasis, R1 or R2 resection or lymphovascular invasion (one of the risk factors)
- No history of cancer treatment after surgical resection
- No disease progression confirmed by imaging examinations
- ECOG performance status of 0 to 1
- Normal blood routine test, liver and kidney function test, and coagulation test results (WBC 640�d710^9/L, neutrophils 642.0�d710^9/L, hemoglobin 64100 g/L, platelets 64100�d710^9/L, ALT and AST < 2.5 times upper limit, normal bilirubin and creatinine, INR < 2)
You will not qualify if you...
- History of cancer treatment after surgical resection
- History of other cancers within 5 years
- Disease progression, including local progression or metastasis, confirmed by imaging
- ECOG performance status of 2 or higher
- Significant abnormalities in blood routine, liver/kidney function, or coagulation tests
- Active inflammatory bowel disease
- Gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation within 6 months
- Infections requiring antibiotics
- Heart or respiratory insufficiency
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
