Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- ECOG performance status 0-2
- Pathologically confirmed prostate cancer with completed radical prostatectomy
- Postoperative pathological staging pT 3a, pT 3b, pT 4, positive surgical margins, or N1 status; or serum PSA 0.1 ng/ml at 6 weeks post-op; or serum PSA <0.1 ng/ml at 6 weeks with two consecutive elevated PSA 0.1 ng/ml and no metastasis on imaging
- Expected survival time greater than 5 years
- Voluntary acceptance of the study protocol after being informed of treatment options
You will not qualify if you...
- Poor recovery of continence after radical prostatectomy
- History of pelvic or abdominal radiotherapy
- Participation in other conflicting clinical trials within 4 weeks before this trial
- Other malignancies or acute/chronic infections such as HIV, hepatitis C, or syphilis
- Serious systemic diseases that may interfere with treatment or evaluation, including respiratory, circulatory, neurological, psychiatric, gastrointestinal, endocrine, immunological, or urological conditions
- Radiotherapy-related contraindications
- Unable to provide written informed consent or poor treatment adherence
