Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Veterans older than 60 years with concerns about brain aging who want to learn more about cognitive aging
- English speaking as all intervention materials are written in English
You will not qualify if you...
- Veterans with impairment on a cognitive screening measure, defined by a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score less than 24
- Veterans or others reporting diagnosis of brain disorders affecting cognition such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, other dementia, major stroke, or brain injury
- Veterans diagnosed with a psychotic disorder such as schizophrenia
- Active alcohol or substance abuse
