Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participant is willing to withhold intraocular pressure treatments as required and can do so safely
- Diagnosis of open-angle glaucoma (including primary open-angle, pseudoexfoliation, pigmentary glaucoma) or ocular hypertension in both eyes
- Must be pseudophakic (at least 4 months after cataract surgery) for Cohort 3 only
You will not qualify if you...
- Allergy or sensitivity to study medications, delivery components, or diagnostic agents used in the study
- Current or recent enrollment in other investigational drug or device studies within 2 months prior to baseline
- History of intracameral implant in the study eye
- Laser trabeculoplasty within 6 months prior to screening in the study eye
- Significant ocular trauma or complicated cataract/lens surgery in the study eye
- Intraocular surgery within 4 months prior to treatment administration
- History of corneal graft or certain refractive surgeries in the study eye
- History of herpetic eye diseases in either eye
- Anticipated need for ocular surgery during the study
- History of narrow or closed angle glaucoma or certain iris surgeries in the study eye
- History of trabeculectomy or incisional glaucoma surgery in either eye
- Anticipated use of corticosteroids except permitted interventions or recent corticosteroid use within specified timeframes
- Anticipated use of other topical ocular medications except permitted treatments
- Wearing contact lenses in a way that does not follow specified discontinuation periods before visits and after administration
- Central corneal thickness less than 480 or greater than 620 micrometers in both eyes
- Significant visual field loss or progressive visual field loss in the study eye
- Evidence or history of macular edema in either eye
- Posterior synechia behind the iris inferiorly in the study eye that may prevent safe implant placement for Cohort 3
