- Patients admitted to the participating hospital or healthcare facility during the study period

You will not qualify if you...
- Patients missing critical electronic health record data needed for infection prediction
- Patients with severe cognitive disorders, dementia, or conditions preventing informed consent or study participation
- Patients not admitted to the hospital during study or receiving outpatient care only
- Patients with terminal conditions where infection prediction is not applicable
