Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF) less than 50% within 6 months before enrollment
- Resting QRS duration 130 milliseconds or more on ECG OR anticipated right ventricular pacing over 40% OR device in place with right ventricular pacing over 40% within 6 months before enrollment
- Optimized on guideline-directed medical therapy for heart failure
- AI-ECG probability of low LVEF greater than 0.5
You will not qualify if you...
- Age less than 18 years
- Unable to participate in follow-up visits
- Pregnancy
