Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Fresh MII oocytes
- ICSI cycles with patient's or donor's sperm
- Patient's or donor's oocytes
- Full IVF cycle information available including oocyte retrieval, fertilization, embryo and blastocyst development, ploidy status or implantation results, and 6-7 week ultrasound if applicable
- Good quality images of MII oocytes taken with specified camera (Basler) and Future Fertility Software
- Single embryo transfers at blastocyst stage
- Blastocyst freeze-all cycles
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe male factor infertility with fewer than 1 million motile sperm, including surgically retrieved sperm
- ICSI cycles using in vitro matured oocytes
- Rescue ICSI oocytes that failed standard IVF and were re-inseminated
- Low quality images on day of upload or before unblinding
- Lack of complete reproductive outcome data
- Use of frozen or warmed autologous or donor oocytes
- Day 3 embryo transfers or cleavage stage embryo freezing
- Patients with fewer than 6 mature oocytes
