Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Elective surgery under general anesthesia
- Adult patients aged over 18 and under 76 years
- Patients monitored with invasive arterial blood pressure waveform and capnography numeric data
You will not qualify if you...
- Emergency surgery
- Cardiovascular and thoracic surgery
- Known asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Moderate or worse abnormality on preoperative pulmonary function test
- Intraoperative monitoring duration less than 30 minutes
