AMBUSH study is a multicenter randomized, controlled, open-label clinical trial (PROBE (Prospective Randomized Open Blinded End-point) type). Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Male or female aged 18 and over
- Diagnosed with heart failure regardless of left ventricular ejection fraction
- Heart failure diagnosis established more than 3 months ago
- No significant clinical signs of congestion such as crackles or lower limb swelling above the ankle
- Affiliated with social security
- Provided informed consent after receiving complete research information
You will not qualify if you...
- Natriuretic peptides test done within 30 days before inclusion
- Lung or pleural diseases preventing reliable lung ultrasound (severe emphysema, chronic pleurisy, pulmonary fibrosis)
- Suspected or confirmed cardiac amyloidosis
- Severe primary heart valve disease
- Pregnant, recently gave birth, or nursing
- Under legal protection measures such as guardianship or curatorship
- Deprived of liberty by judicial or administrative decision
- Receiving psychiatric care under specified public health codes
